His professional interests focus on personality psychology, intelligence, psychological assessment, psychometrics, methodology, and statistics. He has many years of experience in carrying out scientific and technological projects, in which he combines psychological expertise with a design-oriented approach and data analysis.

At the Pracownia, he is responsible for marketing activities and the implementation of the new diagnostic platform, Epsilon 2.0.
